Christian is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the BPPL. He also served as the BPPL's Acting Director (October 2024-February 2025)
Nikolai is a student assistant at the BPPL and a fourth-year international relations, economics, and Russian student at UBC. Alongside working for the BPPL, he is currently working Washington D.C. as an intern for the U.S. Russia Foundation.
Lydia is a graduate student assistant at the BPPL and a PhD student in Political Science at UBC, specializing in immigration and integration policies in Canada. Her research explores these topics through the lenses of political behavior and social psychology, with a focus on experimental designs.
Chrissie is a graduate student assistant at the BPPL and MA Political Science student at UBC. Her previous works involved implementing experimental projects that examine microfinance and climate resilience, as well as post-disaster cash transfers in the Philippines. She is interested in exploring Canada's migration policies and integration programs using a behavioral lens.
